Our special lab began life with just three staff members in July 1999 and was originally situated in premises at The Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle upon Tyne.  However, as a result of business growth the company relocated to its premises at the Low Prudhoe Industrial Estate in Northumberland in 2001.

Over the past nine years, our independent company has continued to provide quality products within unrivalled leadtimes, leading to a satisfied and loyal customer base, which has resulted in continued growth and a significant increase in staff numbers.

Today, we operate from four separate facilities on the same estate with plans for further expansion.  We have 150 employees ensuring we have the resources to maintain our market-leading levels of customer service – our aim is always to deliver the majority of goods within 24 hours of the order being placed.  

And for the record, those three original staff members are still a driving force in the company today.
