Our Customer Service Team is extremely proud of its reputation for being able to respond very quickly to any enquiries, ensuring the customer is constantly informed on the progression of their individual order. Although we have heavily invested in the installation a rather clever electronic ordering system to track orders, we have a very human approach to the way we run our business. Our approachable Customer Service Department is pro-active in bending over backwards to keep our customers happy and satisfied with our service.
Our friendly team deals with thousands of orders each week and will be involved from your initial order right through to delivery. From the start to the end of your order, our team is always available to help. This individually-tailored service is also supported by a our Technical Support Team, which works in partnership with our Customer Service Team to deal with any questions or queries relating to product formulations and quality.
