We our extremely proud of the ethos of our business. We believe it’s, well, rather ‘Special’ . The investment in our staff coupled with our bubbly family-like culture are the main reasons why we have such a high staff retention record. When you become Special , you more often than not, stay Special.

After a full induction process, each staff member is provided with an individual professional development plan to help meet their and our objectives. It’s quite simple really, they grow – we grow. We also have a monthly staff birthday party, so all staff at some point during the year will be treated to a kids birthday party….mmm….jelly and ice cream!!

We have always been and will always be independently focused, meaning we never want to become one of those boring stuffy corporate conglomerates!! To ensure this doesn’t happen amid phenomenal growth, we developed a code of conduct that clearly explains what the culture of our business is about - ‘keeping it Special’.
